UPDATE: Re-opening Club Sites and after school programs.

Dear families,

BGC Greater Halifax is excited to announce our plan to re-open all of our club sites and after school programs to our children and families as of Monday, June 7th.  Our staff are keen to reconnect with club kids and catch up after a month’s absence.

We understand schools re-open on Thursday June 3rd.  Unfortunately,  re-building our club staff teams and re-stocking clubs will take a few days, so BGCGH after school service is not able to resume until Monday, June 7th. This means BGCGH will not be picking up children enrolled in the after school program from schools or offering after school service at Admiral Westphal or Humber Park elementary schools until Monday, June 7th.

For our returning children, a reminder that current public health directives require all children and staff to wear PPE, which includes face masks while indoors at clubs.

Your registration for BGCGH after school programs is still active and you do not need to do anything to keep your spot(s) for June.  If you wish to cancel your after school registration for June, please email registration@bgcgh.ca before June 4th to avoid payment.  If you have already cancelled your registration, please disregard this email.
