UPDATE : DARTMOUTH NORTH SITE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

Dear Dartmouth North Club families:

The Government of Nova Scotia has announced a case of COVID-19 connected to Shannon Park Elementary School in Dartmouth. The school will remain closed to students until Tuesday, April 27.

Out of an abundance of caution, as Shannon Park is one of the school groups we serve in the Club, our Dartmouth North Club site will also be closed to all of our children (after-school) and youth programs effective Thursday, April 22nd and will re-open on Tuesday, April 27th.  This closure will allow for deep cleaning at the Club and for Public Health to complete contact tracing.

At this point, the Boys and Girls Club has not been contacted by Public Health as part of this case or been directed to take further action.
