Programs

After School Program (ASP)

The Humber Park site offers after school programs to children currently enrolled in grades Primary – 6. Children can participate in and experience a wide range of activities including recreation, physical activity, cooking, arts/crafts, reading, and leadership (“Torch” program). After school programs vary from site to site.

This site currently serves children attending Humber Park Elementary  school only.

Hours of operation; Dismissal – 6 pm

Cost; $220.00 per month/per child

Members must be 5 yrs. of age by December 31st, in current term and enrolled in grade Primary. The Club does not offer ASP to children enrolled in Pre-Primary Programs.

In-service day camps, Christmas break Day camps, and *March Break day camp!

The Humber Park site does not offer the service out of the site (5 Smallwood Ave) on In-service day camps, Christmas break Day camps, and *March Break day camps .

Children who attend Humber Park Elementary can register for In-service day camps, Christmas break Day camps, and *March Break day camps offered at any of our 5 sites;

Hours of operation;  7:30 am – 5:30 pm pm (children must arrive by 9 am)

Cost; $32.00 per in-service day, per child

(*March break day camp is offered by the week only, cost $160.00 per child)

Note; this service is optional and not included in any other BGCGH program/fees. Participants do not have to be registered in any other BGCGH program or activity to register for this service. The Club does not offer this service to children enrolled in Pre-Primary Programs.

Summer Day Camps

The Humber Park site does not offer Summer day camps out of the site (5 Smallwood Ave). Children who attend Humber Park Elementary can register for Summer Day Camps offered at any of our 4 sites;

*Children 5-12 yrs (*Children must be 5 yrs. of age by June 30, 2022)

BGCGH is dedicated to getting kids outdoors, learning new skills, and trying new things. Our Summer program consists of structured and unstructured activities with physical activity, crafts, games, day trips to local attractions, and team builders. We are committed to creating lifelong relationships among members and families. Summer Day Camp provide supervision and activities in a safe, supportive environment. Do you only need a week or a two of Day Camp? No problem! Parents have the convenience of registering by the week! Simply choose the week (s) you would like your child to attend!

 

Youth Programs

The Humber Park site does not offer any evening youth programming. Youth (grades 7+) who are interested in programs/ activities can participate in youth programs offered at any of our 5 sites

Youth Programming varies from site to site.
