Frequently Asked Questions
What family information needs to be up to date?
Please confirm that all addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses on your account are current.
My child has medical, behavioural, or sensory needs. What do I do?
Please contact Lisa Reid, Administration Lead, before registering. We strive to create an inclusive environment, but we are not able to provide one-to-one support or therapeutic interventions. Sharing your child’s needs in advance helps us understand how to support them and determine what accommodations may be possible.
What about allergies?
If your child has allergies, please enter this information in the designated allergy section of the registration platform. This is important for staff awareness and your child’s safety.
Who can pick up my child from programming?
Children will only be released to individuals listed as authorized pick-ups in their account. Please review and update your list before registering.
How do I add an authorized pick-up?
- Go to Manage Family Member
- Select Add New Family Member and enter their details
- Open your child’s profile and click Authorized Pickup
- Assign all relevant individuals
You can add family members, friends, or anyone else you trust to pick up your child.

- If your child has severe allergies, medical conditions, or other support needs, families must disclose this information at registration so we can determine if accommodations are possible.
