Hello Club families, we hope you are doing well during this challenging time.

This week, we will launch our online registration for our after school program to our current active Club members (to be considered a current Active Club member, children must have participated in programs between September 1 2019 – March 1 2020). Due to public health guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic, this fall we must host our after school programs with much smaller participant numbers, and unfortunately we cannot serve all of the schools that we’ve historically served.

This fall, our after school programs will serve children enrolled in these schools:

Admiral Westphal site (Grades Primary – 6)

  • Admiral Westphal only

Cole Harbour site (Grades Primary – 6)

  • Colonel John Stuart, and Bois Joli

 Dartmouth North Site (Grades Primary – 6)

  • Harbourview and Shannon Park

East Dartmouth site (Grades Primary – 6)

  • Ian Forsyth

 Humber Park site (Grades Primary – 6)

  • Humber park only

Sackville site (Grades Primary – 5 only)

  • HArry R Hamilton, Millwood and Sackville Heights Elementary

 Spryfield site (Grades Primary – 6)

  • Central Spryfield and John W. MacLeod

 Due to current public health guidelines, and the impact on our operation, participant size, and the need to separate program “bubbles,” we are not hosting early morning programs in our two Dartmouth Club sites this fall.

We have several after school spaces that we can support with a program fee discount for eligible families, so when registration is open, please contact Lisa at registration@bgcgh.ca for information. Registration for PD/in-service day camps will be shared in the weeks to come.

As public health guidelines evolve or change, we may be able to increase the number of children we can serve and consider further program changes. Thank you for your understanding!
